Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DigsFact, Inc. ("DigsFact," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit digsfact.ai (the "Site").

This policy covers the DigsFact corporate website only. Our products — InstaBud and The PreCogs — and their applications and customer portals may be governed by separate privacy notices. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you give us — when you submit a contact or demo-request form, or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and the contents of your message.
  • Information collected automatically — like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data, primarily through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and demo requests and communicate with you.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and understand how it is used.
  • To send you information you have requested or that relates to your inquiry.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and to measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. IP addresses are anonymized where supported.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers — vendors who help us operate the Site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), email delivery provider (SendGrid / Twilio), and analytics provider (Google). They may process data only on our instructions.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DigsFact, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We treat the security of your information as a first-class priority and hold our program to recognized industry standards. DigsFact maintains a SOC 2 Type II–audited security program and follows established best practices for protecting data — including encryption of data in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, continuous monitoring, and regular security assessments.

Our SOC 2 Type II report is available to enterprise customers and qualified prospects on request, under NDA.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to data portability, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@digsfact.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (including our product sites and social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
